This policy explains how TOUCHLINE Radar uses information when you browse, register, purchase or contact support.

Information and purposes

We use your name, email, account identifier and authentication information to provide account access. Supabase manages authentication; our trial database does not store your password. Purchases record the listing, price, currency, status, provider references and agreement to purchase terms. Support requests record your email, message and optional order reference.

We use these records to deliver purchases, respond to requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Security processing supports our legitimate interest in a reliable service. We do not sell personal information or use support messages for marketing. Avoid sending identification documents, health information, card details or information about minors.

Providers and transfers

Supabase manages authentication. Sites and Cloudflare host the website and database. PayPal processes payment under its own privacy policy; card details are entered with PayPal and are not collected by us. Providers may process information outside your country, under applicable protections and their service arrangements.

Cookies and technical information

Essential sign-in cookies maintain sessions and complete account confirmation. There are currently no advertising or optional analytics cookies. Google Fonts supplies typography and may receive your IP address when loaded. PayPal and optional Google sign-in apply their own notices on their pages.

Hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses and logs. Our rate-limit table uses a hashed identifier rather than raw IP addresses.

Retention

Account information is kept while the account is active. Support messages are normally kept up to 12 months after resolution. Rate-limit entries are removed when no longer needed. Payment and agreement records may remain after closure for accounting, legal obligations or disputes. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods.

Your rights

Request access, correction, deletion or a copy through support. We may need to verify your identity. Deleting an account can end access to saved purchases; required payment records may be retained. You may raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Children and security

Accounts are for adults and parents or legal guardians. We do not intentionally register children. Access controls protect account and purchase information, although no service guarantees absolute security. Report suspected account compromise promptly.
