Terms of service.

These terms cover TOUCHLINE Radar and purchases of trial information. Registration and browsing are free. Each purchase unlocks one identified listing for €20 EUR. There is no subscription.

What you purchase

A “scrap” means access to one listing’s organiser identity, website, application route, venue, requirements and any published contact information. You apply directly to the organiser. Payment does not reserve a trial place, guarantee selection, provide a football contract or cover organiser fees, travel, accommodation or visas. We do not represent the organiser.

“Not stated” means the source does not publish that information; it does not mean there are no charges or restrictions.

Accounts

Account holders must be at least 18. A parent or legal guardian may research opportunities for a minor. Use a valid email, confirm it and keep your password private. Access is personal: do not redistribute unlocked listings, share credentials or bypass payment controls.

Payment and delivery

Checkout identifies the trial and €20 EUR charge before payment. PayPal may offer conversion or apply charges under its own terms. Information unlocks only after a completed payment is verified for your account and that trial. Failed, cancelled or pending payments leave it locked.

Purchases appear in My scraps and can be reopened without paying again while the service operates. Permanent hosting is not guaranteed. Retain your receipt and application information. If charged without access, contact support before paying again.

Accuracy and availability

Each listing shows its source check date. A check records a published announcement, not remaining places. Organisers can change dates, requirements or fees, or cancel trials. Listings awaiting a fresh check cannot be purchased. Confirm eligibility, availability and costs directly before booking travel.

Refunds and your rights

Our refund policy offers a 14-day request period. Immediate access does not waive statutory rights. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsible use and disputes

We may restrict access to address fraud or abuse, subject to applicable law and rights relating to paid purchases. Contact support to resolve concerns. Georgian law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable to your situation. These terms do not remove lawful access to courts or regulators.

Updates

The terms presented when you purchase apply to that purchase. Updates identify their effective date. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated to account holders.
