€20 EUR buys information for one trial, separate from organiser fees or attendance.

14 days to request a refund

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after opening the information. Immediate access does not waive your statutory rights. Use the refund request form and include your account email, trial ID and PayPal reference. Do not include card details or passwords.

Access and listing problems

Contact support if charged twice, access did not unlock, or delivered information materially differs from the preview. We will investigate and restore access or refund as appropriate. Tell us if a trial was cancelled or its application route closed before your purchase, even after 14 days. Mandatory rights and remedies are unaffected.

Processing

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds return through PayPal to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Legally required refunds are made within the applicable deadline. Confirmed full refunds remove access to that listing. Other purchases remain available.

Organiser charges

Contact the organiser about charges paid directly to them. TOUCHLINE Radar cannot refund participation, travel or other charges it did not receive.
